Company Principals: Shirley Smith has recently become CEO of Giese and is now continuing the leadership of her late husband Onvey Smith.
Kathy Adams, Secretary/Treasurer. Mrs. Adams has 15 years of experience in business management. She has been with Giese for 10 years, and has been responsible for computerizing the office accounting systems and putting in place a print management system. Mrs. Adams currently assists in making corporate management decisions and manages all office operations including accounting, purchasing and order entry and tracking.
Roy Cross, General Production Manager. Mr. Cross has over 30 years experience in shop management, quality assurance and production coordination. He has overseen government subcontract operations for a previous company and is currently involved in the daily scheduling and expediting of orders. Mr. Cross has a strong background in both mil-stds and ISO, and assists the quality department as needed.
