About Giese Screw Machine Products

Giese was founded in 1954 by Katherine and John W. Giese. It is now a woman-owned business with Shirley Smith, the Gieses' daughter, as the Chief Executive Officer. With four of the Giese’s grandchildren actively involved, the combined production CNC machining experience of the Smith family alone totals over 100 years.

Offering both the efficiency of old-style screw machine production and the precision of 6-axis CNC Swiss machining production, Giese Screw Machine serves the Midwest and beyond from their Amelia, OH location. Over the years, Giese’s precision machine shop has kept up with industry developments by continually investing in Swiss machining and conventional CNC machining capabilities.
